Inside Sales Support
- Provide services to existing customer’s accounts and handle sales process. (Sales quotation/Sales order)
- Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential deals.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, current and new products.
- Resolve customer’s complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing reports.
- Periodic update to the management by submitting activity and results reports.
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Well verse in Microsoft Office applications
- 5 days week position
