Customer Service Representative @ Wisma Kemajuan, PJ (4 Positions)

- Answers all inbound calls & emails with regards of claim processes, customer queries/issues and product.
- Performs collection process for claims submissions, security verification for our subscribers and etc.
- Performs outbound calls to conduct survey, follow up unresolved cases and campaigns.
- Preferably candidates with at least one (1) year experience in customer service role either in call center/ general customer service environment.
- Fresh graduates who have good language proficiency in English and/or Mandarin are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided.
