- Ensuring satisfactory & profitable service delivery to key strategic accounts.
- Ensures engagement at all levels of client organization so that all issues related to Brightstar service delivery are visible and addressed in a timely manner.
- Interface with the customer with an expectation to have a deep understanding of the customer’s strategy, challenges, growth plans and priorities so that this information can be converted into a long-term account plan, drive budgeting process and also proactive resolution of all issues related to service delivery
- Proven account management or other relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
